Rules everyone must follow.
RULES
- You are responsible for your belongings. Anything you own that is at the apartment you rent is at your own risk we do not reimburse you for any damages or stolen property.
- You are responsible for keeping your lot clean of trash and debris in the yard. You are responsible for keeping the inside of your home clean. There will be a in home inspection every month on the second Saturday of every month.
- Report any leaking sinks faucets or running toilets immediately. You may be responsible for any damages caused by a problem you didn't report.
- No drugs on the property. No loud music or partying on the property. Kids birthdays are exceptional.
- Rent is to be paid on the date agreed on the contract you signed and agreed to. Late payments will result in a $25.00 late fee.
- All of the rules above are meant to be followed. Not following these rules will result in immediate eviction.
